First TEC Experience: My first TEC experience was working as an adult table leader when my daughter, Ingrid Grace, was the Wheat Rectora at TEC #47 at Carmel Reformed. A lot of the time as a pastor, I'm ministering to my own family as part of the congregation, so it was a thrill for me to "do ministry" alongside my daughter. I was amazed at how some of the kids opened up during our sharing times. One of the candidates at my table later served on TEC Council with me, and it was a joy to see him grow spiritually and in leadership, and serve with him as well. | |
